ICC Champions Trophy 2025: In 3 months cricket lovers will get great entertainment. The Women’s Premier League has already started and the ICC Champions Trophy tournament will start from February 19 (Wednesday). The Indian Premier League (IPL) will start from March 22. Match 1 of the ICC Champions Trophy will be held on Wednesday, and the hosts will be Pakistan and New Zealand.
India will play the first match of the Champions Trophy on February 20, with the inaugural match being held at the National Stadium in Karachi. The last time the Champions Trophy was organized in 2017, the 2017 Champions Trophy saw India and Pakistan face off in the final, with Pakistan winning the title by defeating India. After that, after 8 years, ICC organized the Champions Trophy again.
The tournament will start from February 19 and the final match will be held on March 9. India’s matches will be played in Dubai as India refused to go to Pakistan.
A total of 8 teams are competing for the title and are divided into 2 groups. Pakistan, India, New Zealand and Bangladesh are in Group A, while South Africa, Australia, Afghanistan and England will play in Group B.
