Government Employees : H.R.M.S. ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಶಾಲಾ ನೌಕರರುಗಳ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಮತ್ತು ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ತಪ್ಪಾಗಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಲಾದ ಭತ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಿ ಮರುಪಾವತಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯೂ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ
ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಈಆದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಏನಿದೆ?
ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ವಿಷಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ H.R.M.S.ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶದಲ್ಲಿ ವೇತನ ಬಟವಾಡೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಕೆಲವೊಂದು ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು OPTION ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಸಹ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ H.R.M.S. ಶಾಖೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಸದರಿ ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟಂತೆ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
1.H.R.M.S. ಶಾಖೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವಾಗ D. D.0. ಕೋಡ್ ಮತ್ತು K.G. I. D. ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕರ ಪೋನ್ ನಂಬರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಮೇಲ್ ID ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಮೂದಿಸುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಳಿಲ್ಲದೇ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
2. H.R.M.S ಶಾಖೆಗೆ ಬಂದ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್ ಎಂಡ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ Complaint lodge ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ರೀತಿ ಕ್ರಮವಹಿಸಿರುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ವೇತನ ಬಟವಾಡ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು Backend Complaint Status option ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ Option ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ವೇತನ ಬಟವಾಡ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಸದರಿ ಆ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಯಾವ ರೀತಿ ಕ್ರಮವಹಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ವೇತನ ಬಟವಾಡೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಈ Option ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳದೇ ಪದೇ ಪದೇ ಹಳೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಶಾಖೆಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳ ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಳಂಬವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

4. H.R.M.S. ಶಾಖೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವಾಗ ಮತ್ತು ವಾಸ್ತವವಾಗಿ ಆಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ವೇತನ ಬಟವಾಡೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮೊದಲು ಅರ್ಥ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳು ಆಗಬೇಕೆಂಬುದನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಿ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ H.R.M.S. Screenshot ಮತ್ತು ಆದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಬೇಕು.
5. 10/15/20/25/30 1 Time Bond Request/DOB/DOJ/Payscale/NAME/DESIGNATION/ GROUP/ SALARYBILL, ARREARS BILL & FA BILL REVERT/UNAPPROVE LEAVE ENCASHMENT/ ASSIGN NEW DDO/REAPPOINTMENT IN SERVICE OUT/PP-SFN/PH/EXIT APPROVAL/ENABLE EMP ADDITION ಈ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು D.D.0ಗಳು HRMS Online ಮುಖಾಂತರ Request ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಈ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪತ್ರ ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ಮಾಡುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದರ ಹೊರತಾಗಿಯೂ ಶಾಖೆಗೆ ಪತ್ರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ ಆಯುಕ್ತರ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಹೆಚ್.ಆರ್.ಎಂ.ಎಸ್ ವಿಭಾಗದಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಕ್ರಮವಹಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.

Government Employees : H.R.M.S. The Education Department has also issued an important order regarding the problems of government and aided school employees in software and correcting and refunding wrongly paid allowances to the employees.
What is in this government order?
Regarding the above matter and references, even though OPTION is given to Pay Disbursing Officers to adopt certain information in H.R.M.S. system at their own level, for the following changes H.R.M.S. Submitting proposals to the branch. The following points are noted in relation to the said matter.
1.H.R.M.S. D. D.0 while submitting proposals to the branch. Code and K.G. I. D. Number is not entering phone number and mail ID information of the executive. Without this information we will not be able to review any issues at our level.
2. The letters received at the H.R.M.S branch are checked at our stage and Complaint is lodged at the back end. Backend Complaint Status option has been given so that the information processed in this way can be taken care of by the pay disbursement officers at their own level. In this option, it is clearly mentioned about the action for your problems and how to take action for those problems according to the salary disbursement authorities. Due to the repeated submission of old proposals to the branch without checking this option by the pay disbursing officers, the settlement of cases is getting delayed.
3. H.R.M.S. Subject Managers/Pay Disbursement Officers are sending teachers/others without visiting the branch for problem related information/troubleshooting, thereby wasting office time without understanding the technical issues.
4. H.R.M.S. While submitting the proposals to the branch and the actual problems the Pay Disbursing Officers first understand and properly mention the specific changes to be made in the H.R.M.S. related to the problems. Screenshot and orders must be attached.
5. 10/15/20/25/30 1 Time Bond Request/DOB/DOJ/Payscale/NAME/DESIGNATION/ GROUP/ SALARYBILL, ARREARS BILL & FA BILL REVERT/UNAPPROVE LEAVE ENCASHMENT/ ASSIGN NEW DDO/REAPPOINTMENT IN SERVICE OUT/ PP-SFN/PH/EXIT APPROVAL/ENABLE EMP ADDITION This information can be requested by D.D.0s through HRMS Online. There is no need to deal with these issues. Despite this, if the letter is submitted to the branch, no action will be taken by the HRMS department of the Commissioner’s office.
