KPSC Prelims Re-Exam: ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗದಿಂದ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವ ಗೆಜೆಟೆಡ್ ಪ್ರೊಬೇಷನರ್ 384 ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯ ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿ ಮರುಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯು ನಾಳೆ (ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 29) ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಈ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಬರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಪಾಲಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಗಮನಿಸಿ.

ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರವಿರುವ ಮೂಲ ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟಿ/ಆಧಾರ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್, ಡ್ರೈವಿಂಗ್ ಲೈಸನ್ಸ್, ಪಾನ್‍ಕಾರ್ಡ್, ಪಾಸ್‍ಪೋರ್ಟ್, ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರ ಐಡಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು.
ಯಾವೆಲ್ಲಾ ನಿರ್ಬಂಧ?.
ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮೊಬೈಲ್, ಕ್ಯಾಲ್ಕುಕಲೇಟರ್, ಸ್ಮಾರ್ಟ್‍ವಾಚ್, ಬ್ಲೂಟೂತ್, ವೈಟ್ ಫ್ಲೂಯಿಡ್, ವೈರ್ ಲೆಸ್ ಸೆಟ್, ಪೇಪರ್, ಬುಕ್ಸ್ ಇತರೆ ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್ ಗ್ಯಾಜೆಟ್‍ಗಳನ್ನು ತರುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಶೂ, ಸಾಕ್ಸ್, ಸ್ವೆಟರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಜರ್ಕಿನ್, ತುಂಬು ತೋಳಿನ ಷರ್ಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಫೇಸ್ ಮಾಸ್ಕ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಧರಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಾಧಾರಣ ಚಪ್ಪಲಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಧರಿಸಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಟಿ.ವೆಂಕಟೇಶ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಜಾಮರ್ ಅಳವಡಿಕೆ:
ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಬ್ಲೂಟೂತ್ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೆ ಆಧುನಿಕ ಸಂವಹನ ಉಪಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಎಸಗುವುದನ್ನು ತಡೆಯಲು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾಮರ್ ಅಳವಡಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಪ್ರತಿ ಕೊಠಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಸಿ ಟಿವಿ ಕ್ಯಾಮೆರಾ ಅಳವಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಫೇಸ್ ರೆಕಗ್ನೈಸೇಷನ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಯೋಮೆಟ್ರಿಕ್ ಹಾಜರಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗದಿಂದ ನೇಮಕವಾದ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವರು.
ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಆಗಮಿಸುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ತಪಾಸಣೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು. ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರು ಫ್ರಿಸ್ಕಿಂಗ್ ತಂಡಗಳನ್ನು ರಚಿಸುವಂತೆ ಚಿತ್ರದುರ್ಗ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಟಿ.ವೆಂಕಟೇಶ್ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದರು.
384 ಗೆಜೆಟೆಡ್ ಪೊಬೆಷನರ್ಸ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಕಳೆದ ಆಗಷ್ಟಸ್‌ 27ರಂದು ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಂದ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 29ರಂದು ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಮರು ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್‌ಸಿ ವೆಬ್‌ ಸೈಟ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಮರು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಡೌನ್‍ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.
ಹೊಸ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಬೇಕು. ತಪ್ಪದೇ ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್‌ಸಿ ಸೂಚಿಸಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಟಿ.ವೆಂಕಟೇಶ್ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಪಾವಿತ್ರ್ಯತೆ ಕಾಪಾಡುವ ದೃಷ್ಠಿಯಿಂದ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 29ರಂದು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಯುವ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳ ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲಿನ 200 ಮೀಟರ್ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್ 114 ವಿಧಿಸಿ ನಿಷೇಧಾಜ್ಞೆ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿ, ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವ ಜೆರಾಕ್ಸ್, ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಇಂಟರ್‌ನೆಟ್‌ ಸೆಂಟರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯುವುದನ್ನು ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಪಶ್ನೆ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಒಎಂಆರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡೊಯ್ಯಲು ಮಾರ್ಗಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಿಂದ ಹೆಲ್ತ್ ಸ್ಕ್ರೀನಿಂಗ್ ಕೌಂಟರ್ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಅಪರ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಬಿ.ಟಿ.ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.

KPSC Prelims Re-Exam: The preliminary re-exam for the recruitment of gazetted probationer 384 posts conducted by the Karnataka Public Service Commission will be held tomorrow (December 29). Note that here are the important points that must be followed by the candidates appearing for this exam.
Documents to be brought by the candidates.

* Original Identity Card/Aadhaar Card with photograph, Driving Licence, Pancard, Passport, Government Employee ID must be produced at the examination centers.
What restrictions?
Candidates cannot bring mobile, calculator, smart watch, bluetooth, white fluid, wireless set, paper, books and other electronic gadgets. Also, candidates are prohibited from wearing shoes, socks, sweater and jerkin, full sleeved shirt and face mask and other items. District Collector T. Venkatesh said that they should appear in the examination wearing only modest slippers.
Application of Jammer:
Jammers will be installed in the examination centers to prevent irregularities in the examination using mobile bluetooth and other modern communication tools. CC TV camera will be installed in every room. Besides, face recognition and biometric attendance will be carried out by personnel appointed by the Karnataka Public Service Commission.
Candidates arriving at the examination centers should be thoroughly screened. Chitradurga District Collector T. Venkatesh suggested that the heads of examination centers form frisking teams for this.
The preliminary examination for the recruitment of 384 gazetted occupation posts was conducted on August 27 last. But due to technical reasons, the preliminary exam is being conducted again on December 29. Candidates have to download fresh re-examination admit cards through KPSC website.
Appear for the examination at the examination center mentioned in the new admit card. District Collector T. Venkatesh instructed the candidates that they should follow all the rules prescribed by KPSC without fail. Further, with a view to maintain the sanctity of the examination, on December 29, an order has been issued imposing Section 114 in a 200 meter area around the centers where the examination will be held.
Opening of xerox, computer and internet centers operating within the examination center is prohibited. Guides are appointed to carry the question papers and OMRs to the examination centres. Deputy Collector BT Kumaraswamy informed in the meeting that health screening counter will be set up by the health department in the examination centers.
