ವಿವಿಧ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ OMR (ಆಪ್ಟಿಕಲ್ ಮಾರ್ಕ್ಸ್ ರೆಕಗ್ನಿಷನ್) ಶೀಟ್ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದ ನಂತರವೇ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿರುವ KPSC(ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗದ) ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಮತ್ತು ಸದಸ್ಯರ ನಡೆಗೆ ಆಯೋಗದ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ರಮಣದೀಪ್ ಚೌಧರಿ ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ, ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಅತಂತ್ರವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ನಡೆದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ OMR ಶೀಟ್ ತಿದ್ದಿರುವ ಅನುಮಾನ ಮೂಡಿದೆ. ಕೇವಲ 10, 15 ಅಂಕಗಳ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಿಸಿದವರು ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಗಿಟ್ಟಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದು ಮತ್ತೇ ಪತ್ತೆ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ, ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಆಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆಯಾಗುವ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ OMR ಶೀಟ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡಲು ಆಯೋಗದ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು KPSC ಸದಸ್ಯರೊಬ್ಬರು ‘ಪ್ರಜಾವಾಣಿ’ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಆಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಹೆಸರು, ನೋಂದಣಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ, ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಬರೆದ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ವಿವರ ಮತ್ತು OMR ಶೀಟ್ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗೆ ಪತ್ರದ ಮೂಲಕ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ನೀಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಕರ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗೆ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದೂ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
KPSC ಸುಧಾರಣೆಗೆ ರಚಿಸಿದ್ದ ಪಿ.ಸಿ.ಹೋಟಾ ಸಮಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದ ವರದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ OMR ಶೀಟ್ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಅಥವಾ ನೀಡಬಾರದು ಎಂಬ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಶಿಫಾರಸು ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ, OMR ಶೀಟ್ ನೀಡಲು ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಹಿಂದೇಟು ಹಾಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ರಮಗಳು ನಡೆದಿದೆಯೇ ಎಂದು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ OMR ಶೀಟ್ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕತೆ ಕಾಪಾಡಲು ಈ ಕ್ರಮ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಕರ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆಗೆ ಪಟ್ಟು.
ಗೆಜೆಟೆಡ್ ಪ್ರೊಬೇಷನರಿ 384 ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ನಡೆದ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಎಡವಟ್ಟುಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣರಾದ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಕ ಫ್ಯಾನೇಂದ್ರ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಗಂಗ್ವಾರ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು KPSC ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಪಟ್ಟು ಹಿಡಿದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಗೆಜೆಟೆಡ್ ಪ್ರೊಬೇಷನರಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಆ. 27ರಂದು ನಡೆದಿದ್ದ ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 57 ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ- ಉತ್ತರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಪ್ಪುಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದವು. ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಿ, ಡಿ. 29ರಂದು ಮರು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ತಪ್ಪುಗಳು ಮರುಕಳಿಸಿವೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಕರೇ ಕಾರಣ ಎಂದೂ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಪಡೆಯಲು KPSC ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಶಿವಶಂಕರಪ್ಪ ಸಾಹುಕಾರ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಲು ಯತ್ನಿಸಿದರೂ, ಅವರು ಲಭ್ಯರಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ.
OMR ಶೀಟ್, ಏಕೆ ಅನುಮಾನ?
ಇಲಾಖೆಯೊಂದರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿ ನಡೆದ ಉನ್ನತ ತನಿಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ OMR ಶೀಟ್ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಆಗಿರುವುದು ಸಾಬೀತಾಗಿದೆ. ಇನ್ನು ಸಹಕಾರ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಸಹಕಾರ ಸಂಘಗಳ ನಿಬಂಧಕರ ಕಚೇರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಸಹಕಾರ ಸಂಘಗಳ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಕರ 47 ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯ ಅಂತಿಮ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭದ್ರಾವತಿಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರವೊಂದರ 13 (2 ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಿಂದ ತಲಾ 5) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಇರುವುದು ಅನುಮಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ OMR ಶೀಟ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದ ಬಳಿಕವೇ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡಲು ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು KPSC ಸದಸ್ಯರೊಬ್ಬರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

KPSC Selection List: Review Question KPSC (Karnataka Public Service Commission) Selection List Atantara-2025.
KPSC Selection List: Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) internal dissension results in the selection list of more than 600 posts in various departments including Inspector (CTI) 245 in Commercial Taxes Department, Accounts Assistant 242 in Accounts Department.
Commission Secretary Ramandeep Chaudhary has not responded positively to the action of KPSC (Karnataka Public Service Commission) chairman and members who have decided to approve the selection lists only after checking the OMR (Optical Marks Recognition) sheet of the candidates selected through the competitive examination for the posts in various departments. Thus, the list is incomplete.
Suspicion of tampering of OMR sheet in recently conducted competitive examinations. It was again found that those who answered only 10, 15 marks questions got the posts. Thus, a member of the KPSC informed ‘Prajavani’ that after checking the OMR sheets of the candidates in the selection lists to be submitted to the commission, it was decided in the commission meeting to give approval.
At the same time as the selection list is submitted to the commission, the secretary has been informed through a letter to provide name, registration number, details of the examination center and OMR sheet of the candidates. However, the secretary has not given the details of the candidates in the already submitted selection list. He also said that the provisional selection list of Commercial Tax Inspectors has been returned to the Secretary for the same reason.
The report issued by the PC Hota committee constituted for KPSC reform did not make any recommendation as to whether or not the OMR sheet of the candidates should be given along with the selection list. Thus, the secretary is hesitating to issue the OMR sheet. We have decided to check the OMR sheet with the aim of checking whether any irregularities have taken place during the examination phase. He said that this action is necessary to maintain transparency.
For transfer of Controller of Examinations.
KPSC members have insisted that Controller of Examinations Phanendra Kumar Gangwar, who was responsible for the glitches in the examination for the recruitment of Gazetted Probationary 384 posts, should be replaced.
For recruitment of Gazetted Probationary posts. There were mistakes in 57 question-answers in the preliminary examination paper held on 27th. Cancel the exam, d. Re-examination was conducted on 29th. In that test too, mistakes have recurred. The members also alleged that the examination controller was the reason.
KPSC president Sivashankarappa Sahukara was contacted for his comment, but he was not available.
OMR sheet, why doubt?
It has been proved that the OMR sheet of the candidates has been modified in the high-level investigation related to the recruitment of the posts of a department. Also, there are 13 (5 each from 2 centers) candidates from an examination center in Bhadravati in the final selection list for the appointment of 47 posts of Inspector of Cooperative Societies in the offices of the Cooperative Societies Regulator of the Cooperative Department. A KPSC member said that it was decided to approve the list only after checking the OMR sheets of these candidates.
