ಮಾನ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳು, ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ( Medical)ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ರವರ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ : 19-10-2024 ದ ಅನುಸಾರ ಗದಗ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ(Medical) ವಿಜ್ಞಾನಗಳ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ, ಗದಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ಯಾತ್‌ ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ ಸೂಪರ್ ಸ್ಪೆಷಾಲಿಟಿ ಕಾರ್ಡಿಯಾಕ್ ಕೆರ್ ಯುನಿಟ್‌ಗೆ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ರೋಷ‌ರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೇರಿಟ್ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು.

ಆಸಕ್ತರು ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ರೂ. 500/- ಗಳ ಡಿ.ಡಿ ಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು, ಗದಗ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ( Medical) ವಿಜ್ಞಾನಗಳ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ, ಗದಗ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಡಿ.ಡಿ ಯನ್ನು ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿ, ದಿನಾಂಕ : 22-11-2024 ರಿಂದ ದಿನಾಂಕ : 29-11-2024 ರ ಸಂಜೆ 5.00 ಗಂಟೆಯೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಕಛೇರಿ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ (ರಜಾ ದಿನಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ) ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು, ಗದಗ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ(Medical) ವಿಜ್ಞಾನಗಳ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ, ಗದಗ, ಮಲ್ಲಸಮುದ್ರ, ಮುಳಗುಂದ ರಸ್ತೆ, 582103 ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ‘ಎ’ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ವಿಭಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಗದಿತ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ನಮೂನೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ. ಅನುಭವ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ದೃಢಿಕೃತ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು. ಅರ್ಜಿ ನಮೂನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಾಗಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ (www.karnataka.gov.in/gimsgadag.) ನೋಡಬಹುದು.
(1) ದಿನಾಂಕ : 30-11-2024 ರಂದು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮೂಲ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಗದಗ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ(Medical) ವಿಜ್ಞಾನಗಳ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ, ಗದಗದ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಬೇಕು.
(2) ಎನ್.ಎಂ.ಸಿ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಸದರಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿಗದಿತ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು.
(3) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳನ್ವಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
(4) ಸದರಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಆಧಾರದ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
(5) ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ನಂತರ ವೇತನವನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
(6) ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವೇ ಅಂತಿಮ. ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸುವ ಹಕ್ಕು ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯದ್ದಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
(7) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ/ಆರೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ, ಸ್ವಾಯುತ್ತ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಸದರಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಿಂದ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ನಿರಪೇಕ್ಷಣಾ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಜೊತೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
(8) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಚಾಲ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಜಾತಿ, ಆದಾಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
(9) ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ತರಹದ ಪ್ರವಾಸ ಹಾಗೂ ತುಟ್ಟಿ ಭತ್ಯೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

As per the approval of the Hon’ble Govt.Principal Secretaries, Department of Medical Education, Bangalore dated : 19-10-2024 to fill the Cath Lab Super Specialty Cardiac Care Unit at Gadag Institute of Medical Sciences, Gadag on contract basis on Rosher and Merit basis. (1) Date : 30-11-2024 with all original documents to attend the interview at the office of Director, Institute of Medical Sciences, Gadag.
(2) As per NMC regulations prescribed educational qualification for the said posts.
(3) Appointments will be made as per reservation rules of Karnataka State Government.
(4) The said appointment shall be temporary appointment on contract basis.
(5) Salary after appointment will be paid as per Government regulations.
(6) The decision of the Recruitment Committee is final. The right to decide the number of vacancies rests with the Recruitment Committee.
(7) If the candidate is already serving under a Govt./Semi Govt., Autonomous organization then mandatory letter of recommendation from the said organization should be submitted along with the application.
(8) The candidate shall compulsorily submit the prevailing caste, income certificate and other documents.
(9) No travel and subsistence allowance of any kind will be given to the candidates appearing for the recruitment interview.
