Teachers Promotion:ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಬಡ್ತಿ(Teachers Promotion) ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಕೇಳಿದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಮುಂಬಡ್ತಿಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಗೆ ಇಳಿದಿದ್ದವರಿಗೆ ಸಂತಸ 2025.
Teachers Promotion:ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು (PST) ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಪದವೀಧರ (GPT) ಎಂದು ಪದನಾಮ ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಕಾನೂನು ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆಡಳಿತ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಕೇಳಿದೆ.ಇದರಿಂದ ಬಹು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಮುಂಬಡ್ತಿಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಸಂಘಕ್ಕೆ 1 ಹಂತದ ಬಲ ಸಿಕ್ಕಂತಾಗಿದೆ. 2016ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮೊದಲು 1-7/8ನೇ ತರಗತಿಗೆ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಹೊಂದಿ 20-25 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಬೋಧಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದವರನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು (PST) ಎಂದು ಪದನಾಮ ಮಾಡಿ 1-5ನೇ ತರಗತಿಗೆ ಸೀಮಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಇದರಿಂದ 1.13 ಲಕ್ಷ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಹಿಂಬಡ್ತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. 6-8ನೇ ತರಗತಿ ಬೋಧನೆ ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಪದವೀಧರ (GPT) ಎಂಬ ಹೊಸ ವೃಂದ ಸೃಜಿಸಿ ಮೊದಲಿದ್ದ ಸೇವಾನಿರತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಅನುಭವ ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಕಡೆಗಣಿಸಿ ಅವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕವಾಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಯಮಬಾಹಿರವಾಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ ಸಹ ತಗ್ಗಿದೆ. ಬಡ್ತಿ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲೂ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಸಂಘವು ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೃಹತ್ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಿತ್ತು.

ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಸರಕಾರ ಮಧ್ಯಪ್ರವೇಶ ಮಾಡಿ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲಾ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಸಂಘ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಸರಕಾರದ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದು, ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲು ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಮೂರು ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳು ನೀಡುವ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯದ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮುಂದಿನ ಬಡ್ತಿ ವಿಚಾರ ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥವಾಗಲಿದೆ.
